CRITERIA FOR OIRCA BRANCH MEMBERSHIP

1. The applicant shall have premises from which it carries on business in addition to its principal location – each such premises being called a “Satellite Office” 

2. Submit a formal application for each Satellite Office.  When accepted as a Branch Member, annual dues of $1,487.50 + HST will be assessed. 

3. An Active Member may be admitted as a Branch Member for each Satellite Office maintained by the Active Member. 

4. When the Active Member closes the Satellite Office, the Active Member will automatically cease to be a Branch Member .

5. A Branch Member may carry on business under a name that is difference from the name under which is it registered as an active Member provided that is uses the other name in conjunction with the name under which is is registered as an Active member.
